Items purchased from Upon a Thread + Co are not eligible for return. Items with defects may be returned within 14 days of delivery and must include photo and description of the defect. Your money will be refunded within 3 business days of Upon a Thread receiving your returned item. Please email to request a return.
Items purchased from Upon a Thread + Co are not eligible for exchange. Items with defects may be returned for a full refund (see above) at which time you may place an order for a new item. Please email for assistance with returns and exchanges.
Due to limited supply, applique fabrics may vary slightly from store photos. Upon a Thread + Co strives to maintain the original design and reserves the right to adjust fabrics as necessary.
Custom items including applique and monograms are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact with questions.
